PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which removes a specific molecular material selectively, causes no falling off/scattering of an adsorbent material, and further, has a molecular adsorbing function excellent in post processability and usability. SOLUTION: This relates to the sheet having the molecular adsorbing function, in which a polymer where a recognition site of matrix molecule is formed by using a molecular imprinting method is carried by the sheet surface, and the polymer is ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer.
