PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film having an excellent luster feeling and a transparent feeling even in a bluish or reddish coating color low in lightness with respect to an industrial product of every kind such as an outer panel of a car body or the like. SOLUTION: A composite layer coating film structure and a composite layer coating film both of which are excellent in luster feeling and transparent feeling even in the bluish or reddish coating color low in lightness are formed by successively coating a base material with color base coating (A) containing a color pigment, metallic base coating (B) containing a specific color pigment and a scaly glitter pigment and clear topcoating (C).
