PURPOSE: A method to treat drinking water for domestic animal using deep ocean water is provided to perform a constant voltage conductive treatment for purified deep ocean water, ground water, or river water. CONSTITUTION: A method to treat drinking water for domestic animal using deep ocean water comprises the following steps of: supplying purified ground water or river water to a constant voltage conductive treatment apparatus(3) where magnetic materials(6) are charged; applying 0.5-10V voltage for constant voltage treatment in order to modify water; transferring the treated water to a storage tank(9); and feeding domestic animals using a transfer pump(10).
