PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polyolefin resin composition having excellent flame retardancy even in a thin material.SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polyolefin resin composition contains a component (A): an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and/or an ethylene-(meth)acrylate copolymer, a component (B): a polyolefin resin, a component (C): a (poly)phosphate compound represented by general formula (1), a component (D): a (poly)phosphate compound represented by general formula (3), and a component (E): talc.
