<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit for shortening a time required for the check of the storage contents of a storage device, and for reducing a load on a CPU, and for minimizing any influence due to the abnormality of the storage device. <P>SOLUTION: This control unit is provided with a CPU 10 which performs arithmetic processing, a ROM 11 for storing a program to be executed by the CPU 10 and a RAM 12 for storing the processing of the CPU 10. The CPU 10 is configured as a control unit 1A which performs predetermined control based on the contents of a program, and the ROM 11 and the RAM 12 are divided into a plurality of regions, and the program includes a check program for checking the storage contents of the ROM 11 and the RAM 12, and the CPU 10 performs check for each region by using the check program. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
