<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an device image processing and an image processing method that can print out stored image data under proper conditions by easy operation, and a program for the method. <P>SOLUTION: When an image read section 10 reads a document, a thumbnail generation section 28 generates thumbnail image data by thinning out and reducing original image data and symbolizes and adds reading process information to the thumbnail image data. A thumbnail image file is generated of a symbol representing the read processing information and the thumbnail image data and stored in a storage section 30. The thumbnail image data are listed on a display 22, when a user makes a choice, a processing information detection section 12 extracts output processing information regarding original image data of the selected thumbnail image and an output control section 18 controls a printer 20 according to the output processing information to print an image out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
