<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose the manufacturing method of nitrogen-nano bubble water, and to clarify the mechanism of nitrogen-nano bubble water currently clarified, its physical-chemical properties and function. <P>SOLUTION: Shock wave accompanying underwater discharge with a voltage of 2,000-3,000V, and physical stimulation like compression, expansion and vortex flow are applied to nitrogen microbubbles of particle sizes of 10-50 μm to forcibly shrink the microbubbles, to thereby obtain nitrogen-nano bubble water containing nitrogen-nano bubbles of particle sizes of 100 nm or less, which are stable over a long period of time.
