The present invention relates to a device for separating plasma from whole blood obtained by picking a finger and transferring the plasma without an additional device and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the sample separation device comprises: an upper substrate and a lower substrate forming a flow path; a liquid inlet and an air inlet passing through the upper substrate to be formed on one end and the other end of the flow path, respectively; a sample filter attached to the upper substrate to cover the liquid inlet; and a pump attached to the upper surface of the upper substrate, having a pushing unit in the form of protruding from the upper surface of the upper substrate, having a cavity covering the air inlet and communicating with the air inlet to be equipped in the lower portion of the pushing unit, and which is an elastic structure. When a force is applied to the pushing unit, the cavity is pressed to the upper surface of the upper substrate. |
