PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which images fluorescence generated by irradiating fluorescent dye injected into a subject with excitation light and can clearly recognize an artery and a vein without arranging a dedicated light source or camera.SOLUTION: In an artery extraction section 36, an artery alone can be extracted when an image in a wavelength of 850nm is subtracted from an image in a wavelength of 600nm. In a vein extraction section 37, a vein alone can be extracted when an image in the 600 nm is inverted and the inverted image in the 600nm is subtracted from the image in the 600 nm. Accordingly, the artery and vein can be recognized clearly by using a visible light source 22 and a confirmation light source 24 without arranging a dedicated light source or camera.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
