PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that cultures microorganisms which ferments/creates valuable materials, in which permeability of filtration means is made recoverable while utilization efficiency of valuable materials is secured, and a cost required for filtration means is reduced.SOLUTION: Microorganisms 9 are cultured in culture solution 91 of a culture tank 10. The culture solution 92 after culture is filtered by filtration means 20. Filtrate 93 is sent to an extraction part 31 of a post-treatment part 30 to extract valuable materials. Backflow washing liquid 98 is allowed to flow from a backflow washing path 58 in a direction opposite to the one when liquid was filtered by the filtration means 20 to perform backflow washing of the filtration means 20. The backflow washing liquid 98 after backflow washing is introduced into the culture tank 10 as the culture solution 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
