LEAK CHECK SYSTEM AND LEAK CHECK METHOD USING THE SAME

This leak check system supplies air to a test space of a test body and checks for leaks on the basis of the change in pressure in said test space, and is provided with: a base; a robot arm which includes multiple arm members linked sequentially from the base; a robot control unit which controls operations of the robot arm; an air supply hand which has an air discharge unit to be connected to the test body in order to discharge air into the test space, and which is detachably mounted on the leading end of the robot arm; an air supply source; an air supply tube which guides air from the air supply source to the air discharge unit; a pressure sensor which is disposed in the air supply tube and which sends detected pressure data to the robot control unit; and an air supply mechanism which is controlled by the robot control unit to supply air from the air supply source to the air discharge unit. On the basis of the pressure data, the robot control unit determines whether or not there are leaks in the test space.
