Haemofiltration system for a blood filter has devices for preparing a diluted injectable solution (I), a device for injecting (I) into the tube from the patient, a perfusion system for injecting the patient with a solution (II) of ionic substances (A) at a different concentration and a system for calculating a perfusion flow rate for the required concentration of (A) in the patient. Haemofiltration apparatus designed to work with a haemofilter (1) comprising two compartments (2, 3) separated by a semipermeable membrane (4), one compartment (2) having an inlet connected to a tube (5) for taking blood from the patient and an outlet connected to a blood return tube (7), the other (3) having an outlet connected to a tube (10) for removing used liquid. The apparatus itself comprises: (a) devices (20, 24, 34, 38) for preparing a first injectable solution (I) from concentrated solution(s); (b) a device (33) for injecting (I) at a flow rate of Q(pre) into tube (5); (c) a perfusion system (50, 51, 52, 53) for injecting a patient with a second solution (II) containing ionic substance(s) (A) with a fixed concentration (A)(post) different from its concentration (A)(pre) in (I); and (d) a device (60) for determining a perfusion flow rate Q(post) for solution (II) such that the concentration of (A) inside the patient tends towards a required concentration (A)(des), as a function of (A)(post), (A)(des), Q(pre) and the blood flow rate Q(B). |
