An electrostatic precipitator is provided to collect efficiently ultrafine particles or nano particles including diesel exhaustion particles without addition of the apparatus. An electrostatic precipitator(10) comprises an electrification part(20) and a dust collection part(30). The dust collection part comprises a high voltage electrode(35) and a ground electrode(32). A plurality of blanking holes are divided at a whole surface of one electrode of both electrodes. An aperture diameter of a blanking hole is 2 to 10mm.
