<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device capable of detecting luminous energy of a light emitting element without disturbing a light emission shape of the light emitting element; and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This light emitting device includes a plurality of light emitting elements 2 formed on a substrate 10 to form a line, and light detecting elements 20 formed on a layer between the light emitting elements 2 and the substrate 10. The light detecting elements 20 are formed along outer edges of the light emitting element 2 in a plan view. The light detecting element 20 is formed by including a pin diode having a p-type semiconductor layer 22, a sensitive region 24, and an n-type semiconductor layer 26, and the sensitive region 24 is formed along the outer edge 2a of the light emitting element 2 in a plan view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
