A blockage cleaning apparatus and method of a soot airflow conveying line, a high-position sand hopper (3) and an air-sand-mixer (5) being disposed at an air source position of an airflow input line (6); a compressed air source (1) is connected via an air intake valve (2) to an air intake port (52) of the air-sand-mixer (5), an air outlet port (53) of the air-sand-mixer (5) is connected to an input end of an airflow output line (6); an end of the airflow output line (6) is switchably connected to a cyclone separator (7), and an airflow output end of the cyclone separator (7) is connected to the input end of a bag collector (9); when the airflow output line (6) is blocked, regularly or irregularly starting the high sand hopper (3) and the air-sand-mixer (5) to enable the airflow outputted by the compressed air source (1) to enter via the air-sand-mixer (5) the airflow output line (6), utilizing moving sand to remove adhered soot, then the airflow enters the cyclone separator (7), after separating the air and the sand, the airflow enters the bag collector (9) so as to further remove the soot; after the blockage is cleaned, closing a sand charge valve (4) of the high sand hopper (3), cutting off the cyclone separator (7) to enable the airflow of the output end of the compressed air source (1) to be conveyed directly via the airflow output line (6) the soot. |
