The invention relates to a method for operating an augmented reality glasses device (1), said method comprising: selecting at least two objects (8, 9) to be displayed in a virtual reality from at least one perspective by means of augmented reality glasses (4) of the augmented reality glasses device (1), each object being represented in the virtual reality by a plurality of polygons; specifying a calculation specification for rendering the objects (8, 9) for a computing unit (3) of the augmented reality glasses device (1) by means of an analysis unit (2) of the augmented reality glasses device (1), wherein the calculation specification comprises at least one display option which saves computing time and which reduces the number of polygons to be displayed simultaneously by means of the augmented reality glasses device (1) and/or the number of display effects for the polygons to be displayed; rendering at least one of the objects (8, 9) by means of the computing unit (3) according to the specified calculation specification; and displaying the at least one rendered object (8, 9) in the virtual reality from the at least one perspective by means of the augmented reality glasses (4), in order to reduce the computing power required for displaying at least two objects (8, 9) in a virtual reality. |
