PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor switch circuit that restricts a sudden change on load current in advance despite a simple circuit configuration.SOLUTION: A semiconductor switch circuit comprise: a bipolar transistor 21 provided between a power source 11 and a load 13; a constant current circuit 31 that limits output current of the bipolar transistor 21 to a current limit value or below; a MOSFET 23 provided between the bipolar transistor 21 and the load 13, and connected in series with the bipolar transistor 21; and a gate control circuit 33 that controls drive of the MOSFET 23. The MOSFET 23 is turned on by the gate control circuit 33, the bipolar transistor 21 is turned on by the constant current circuit 31, and power supplied from the power source 11 is supplied to the load 13 in a limited state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
