PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of a secondary battery without an output decrease.SOLUTION: A charge control device includes: a battery which, in output characteristics indicative of relationship between a residual capacity and output density, has a first maximum value in the output density and a minimum value on the lower capacity side than the first maximum value, and a second maximum value on the lower residual capacity side than the minimum value; and a charge control unit which suspends to charge the battery when a battery voltage reaches a set charge stop voltage in a predetermined set range. The predetermined set range is from a voltage corresponding to the residual capacity corresponding to the first maximum value to a full charge voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
