PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold coating/molding method which can increase the degree of freedom of the shape of a molding while suppressing the increase of a man-day, the molding, and a mold. SOLUTION: The resin molding is molded in a cavity 15 formed by a fixed mold 11 having a first cavity surface 13 and a movable mold 12 having a second cavity surface 14. After that, the molds are opened by a prescribed space, and coating is injected between the surface of the molding and the first cavity surface to produce an integrated resin molding with a coating film adhered to the surface. A mating face S in the mold movement direction is formed between the fixed mold and the movable mold. The first cavity surface has a first slope 13a slanting on one side to the mold opening/closing direction A, and the second cavity surface has a second slope 14a slanting on the other side to face the first slope. One end of the cavity communicates with the boundary part between the first and second slopes and extends perpendicularly to the mold opening/closing direction, and the other end of the cavity has an auxiliary cavity 15a communicating with the mating surface S.
