摘要 The aim of the invention is to examine a plate-shaped object comprising fluorophores and having opposing first and second faces. To this end, the method comprises a first step for the sequential illumination (F1) of the first face of the object with a fluorophore excitation light, and a first step for the sequential acquisition of a first series of images by the detection of a light emitted by the second face of the object. Said method also comprises a second step for the sequential illumination (F3) of the second face of the object with a fluorophore excitation light, and a second step (F4) for the sequential acquisition of a second series of images by the detection of a light emitted by the first face of the object. The three-dimensional image of the distribution of fluorophores in the object (F5) is reconstructed by means of the first and second series of images.
