<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power generating system with which abundant clean power can be obtained and the generated power can be sold and bought smoothly. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of hydraulic power generators 5 for generating power using water stream of a river 2 are installed at a plurality of points of the river 2, and the power generated by each of the hydraulic power generators 5 is sent from controllers 6 added to each of the generators to power lines 4, 7.
