摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a shape fixation printing method solving the problem in a printing method in which the generation rate of defectives is high because of the elasticity of a fiber product heretofore, and capable of obtaining the expression of a fine print pattern, exceedingly stable productivity and environmental fitting ability and flexible fiber feeling with high reproducibility.SOLUTION: Upon the printing of a fiber material, after paper or a film is pasted on an un-treated or pre-treated fabric using a temporary adhesive, in the case of the un-treated fabric, after the application of the pretreatment agent, a pattern is printed on the fabric using an aqueous pigment ink, finally, the paper or film is peeled, then dye or pigment is subjected to fixation treatment, and finishing is performed. By this printing method, the generation rate of defectives is remarkably reduced, and a print product having precision and solidness and having satisfactory feeling can be obtained. In particular, this is a new printing method excellent in cost effectiveness and ecology, contributing to the reduction of equipment cost and stable production.SELECTED DRAWING: None
