PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object detector that can accurately detect a group of reflecting objects around a vehicle.SOLUTION: The object detector includes: a light projecting unit 11 projecting a light to around a vehicle; an imaging unit 12 taking an image of a region including the light projected by the light projecting unit 11 and reflected by reflecting objects X1; a reflecting light extracting unit 13 detecting the reflecting light from the image taken by the imaging unit 12; and a reflecting object group determination unit 14 determining whether the reflecting objects X1 are a series of groups of reflecting objects based on a relative luminance of the reflecting lights from the reflecting objects X1 detected by the reflecting light extracting unit 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
