PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorization system suppressing dispersion of deodorization to the outside. SOLUTION: This deodorization system in a spectacle lens periphery machining, deodorizing odor generated when the lens is machined while supplying grinding water in a machining chamber, includes: a tank which has a space substantially sealed and into which used grinding water is introduced through a drain pipe connected to the machining chamber, and which stores the grinding water; a deodorization equipment deodorizing an odor in the lens machining and having a suction pipe connected to the upper part of the tank or the machining chamber, a deodorant filter to which the other end of the suction pipe is connected, a discharge opening discharging air through the filter, and a blower generating an air flow introducing the odor to the discharge opening; and an air line connected to the discharge opening and machining chamber, and redelivering air discharged from the deodorization equipment to the machining chamber. The odor in the machining chamber is delivered to the deodorization equipment, and the air discharged from the deodorization equipment is returned again into the machining chamber.
