FIELD: production of fittings.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve engineering and aims at reducing noise and vibration in through channel coverage area. Rotary valve includes housing 1 with passage 2 for fluid medium, flowing through it along the central axis 3. Valve comprises rotary throttle disc 4, installed in passage 2, and stem 5 to turn disc 4. Damping flow element 10 is installed in passage 2, is intended for closing part of passage 2 cross section and has multiple identical channels 12 to reduce dynamic moment, noise and vibrations level caused by fluid medium flowing through the valve. Channels 12 form an angle α with central axis 3 for directing part of fluid medium, which leaves damping element 10 in direction, different from fluid flow direction, which flows outside channels 12. Said channels 12 direct flow, in fact, to flow, passing along central axis 3.EFFECT: higher reliability due to more efficient reduction of cavitation and accompanying it vibrations and noises.13 cl, 12 dwg |
