PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device including a structure which avoids causing damage to a contactless transmission unit housed in a case even when a tire of a vehicle passes therethrough.SOLUTION: A power transmission device 50 includes: a core; a coil disposed around the core; an electrical device 300 connected to the coil; a housing which houses the core, the coil, and the device component 300; and a plurality of plate-like support members 414 which are arranged in the housing so that planes thereof are parallel to a fore and aft direction of a vehicle. When viewed in a cross section along a direction intersecting with the vehicle fore and aft direction, a clearance C1 between the adjacent plate-like support members 414 is disposed so as to have a dimension equal to or smaller than a tread width TW of a tire 100T of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
