PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper mount capable of keeping high shock/vibration absorbing performance for a long period, and to provide a vehicle height adjustment type shock absorbing device for a vehicle capable of reducing the breakage of a shock absorber in comparison with a conventional suspension, and inhibiting the outflow of the compressed air in an air spring. SOLUTION: This vehicle height adjustment type shock absorbing device for the vehicle is composed of a vehicle height adjustment type suspension for the vehicle having the characteristics in structures of the upper mount applying a spring in its elastic part, a seal mechanism and the shock absorber.
