PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely mount a mounting frame on a frame by utilizing characteristics of a toggle vibration control device, without depending on a fixing material such as an adhesive. SOLUTION: The mounting frame 12 for the toggle vibration control device 10 comprises an upper member 14 which is fixed to an upper beam material 22 of the frame 20, and a lower member 18 which is fixed to a lower beam material 24 of the frame 20. In the mounting frame 12, a geometric toggle mechanism is composed of a first arm 30 and a second arm 38. So as to mount the mounting frame 12 on the frame 20, the upper member 14 and the lower member 18 are pressed against the beam materials 22 and 24 of the frame 20, respectively. Subsequently, so as to increase a crossing angle of a connection part between the first arm 30 and the second arm 38, a spring force is imparted to the connection part by a coiled spring 64. The first arm 30 and the second arm 38 thrust each other, so that the mounting frame 12 can be firmly pressed against the frame 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
