A method to remove a cryoprotector of a platelet suspension, in which the platelet suspension, dissolved by autological plasma, is layered onto a layer of autological erythrocytes, centrifuging is carried out at 1700-1800 g for 12-13 minutes, after removing the supernatant taking of the remaining plasma and a layer of platelets with a layer of erythrocytes is carried out, the cell concentrate obtained is supplemented by autoplasma in a ratio of 1:2, whereupon it is centrifuged for 1 minute at 1700-1800 g and taking of platelet suspension is carried out.
