<p>The present invention relates to novel 4-(Heterocyclyl)alkyl-N- (arylsulf onyl)indole compounds of the formula (I), their derivatives, their stereoiso mers, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and pharmaceutically acceptabl e compositions containing them. The present invention also relates to a proc ess for the preparation of above said novel compounds, their derivatives, th eir stereoisomers, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and pharmaceutica lly acceptable compositions containing them. These compounds are useful in t he treatment of various disorders that are related to 5-HT6 receptor functio ns. Specifically, the compounds of this invention are also useful in the tre atment of various CNS disorders, hematological disorders, eating disorders, diseases associated with pain, respiratory diseases, genito-urological disor ders, cardiovascular diseases and cancer.</p> |
