a display control unit configured to display the plurality of selectable targets on the screen; an area setting unit configured to set a plurality of parameter areas respectively corresponding to the plurality of parameters within the screen; and a parameter setting unit configured when performing an operation of moving a selected target to one of the plurality of parameter areas, to set a parameter corresponding to the parameter area to which the selected target is moved, the selected target being selected from among the plurality of selectable targets with the contact operation.
