PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation velocity measurement device high in a degree of freedom in a measurement position.SOLUTION: A rotation velocity measurement device comprises: a trajectory generation unit 27 that acquires a plurality of first image data mutually different in a shooting period of time from an imaging unit 21 shooting a shoot area 10, and generates an orbital trajectory of characteristics points of a rotor 11 as an elliptic trajectory; a conversion matrix computation unit 28 that computes a conversion matrix of converting the elliptic trajectory to a roundness trajectory; a coordinate conversion unit 30 that acquires two second image data mutually different in the shooting period of time by the imaging unit 21, and converts each of observation coordinates serving as a coordinate of the characteristic point in the two second image data into a measurement coordinate using the conversion matrix; and a measurement unit 31 that measures a rotation velocity of the rotor on the basis of a rotation angle of the rotor based on the measurement coordinate and on the basis of a time interval in acquiring the two second image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
