FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to veterinary, namely to method of immune activation to increase hatchability rate of fertilised chicken egg, infected with E. coli. For this purpose from approximately 0.05 microgram to approximately 10 microgram of immunomodulator composition are introduced in ovo into egg. Composition of immunomodulator contains: cation liposomal means of delivery and molecule of nucleic acid of bacterial origin, which does not code immunogen. Group of inventions relates to method of reducing mortality of chicken, hatched from fertilised chicken egg, infected with E. coli, by introduction of said composition.EFFECT: application of claimed group of inventions makes it possible to increase hatchability rate of fertilised chicken egg by activation of enhancement of immune response in birds, infected with E coli.18 cl, 8 ex, 8 tbl, 42 dwg |
