A controller for controlling golf ball supplying apparatus using tee with a sensor is provided to minimize cost by reusing the existing golf ball supplying apparatus, to allow efficient use of time and space through simple structure and small size, and to allow manual controlling through a remote controller and centralized control by main PC. The controller for controlling golf ball supplying apparatus using tee with a sensor comprises: a sensor part(310); a controlling part(320), which is connected to the sensor part and generates control signals of golf ball supplying; a driving part(330) to drive the golf ball supplying apparatus according to the control signals; a connecting part(340); and a remote controller receiving part(350).
