The present invention relates to a device for measuring a bio material in a body which comprises: a structure arranged in a blood vessel; a light source arranged on the structure to irradiate lights of a preset wavelength band to blood; a light receiving element configured to receive a light, which is not absorbed into a bio material in the blood and is reflected, from the lights irradiated from the light source; and a transmission unit arranged on the structure and configured to transmit a detection signal in accordance with the amount of lights outputted from the light receiving element.
