The present invention relates to a preparation method for Eungi (grain porridge) containing lotus, the preparation method comprising the following steps: preparing a first composition in which immersed glutinous rice and water are mixed, a second composition in which raw lotus seeds and water are mixed, a third composition in which raw lotus roots and water are mixed, and a fourth composition in which ginseng and water are mixed; grinding the first, second, third and fourth compositions by using a mixer; placing the first, second, third and fourth compositions in a cotton sack and straining the cotton sack to extract water therefrom; boiling jujube and burdock in water and removing the jujube and burdock therefrom, to produce a fifth composition in a liquid form; and boiling the first, second, third and fourth compositions in the fifth composition. The present preparation method provides Eungi containing lotus roots and lotus seeds that is palatable and easy to ingest. |
