The present invention relates to highly efficient thermoelectric materials with an improved thermoelectric performance due to doping ions on a Bi-Se-Te based compound, and a thermoelectric element and a thermoelectric module comprising the same. The thermoelectric materials according to the present invention includes a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 1 below. <Chemical Formula 1> (AB2)x(Bi2Se2.7Te0.3)1-x In Chemical Formula 1, A is a divalent cation element, B is a monovalent anion element, A and B are different elements, and x is in a range of 0.0 < x ≤ 0.4.
