The thermoelectric materials according to the present invention includes a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 1 below. <Chemical Formula 1> (AB2)x(Bi2Se2.7Te0.3)1-x In Chemical Formula 1, A is a divalent cation element, B is a monovalent anion element, A and B are different elements, and x is in a range of 0.0 < x ≤ 0.4. Or, the thermoelectric materials according to the present invention includes a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 2 below. <Chemical Formula 2> (AB)x(Bi2Se2.7Te0.3)1-x In Chemical Formula 2, A is a monovalent cation element, B is a monovalent anion element, A and B are different elements, and x is in a range of 0.0 < x ≤ 0.4.
