Provided are expanded particles with which it is possible to obtain an expanded thermoplastic polyurethane particle molded article having excellent physical properties such as compression characteristics and impact resilience, and an expanded thermoplastic polyurethane particle molded article. Expanded thermoplastic polyurethane particles wherein the expanded thermoplastic polyurethane particles have a Shore A hardness of the thermoplastic polyurethane of 85 or higher, an average cell diameter of the expanded particles of 50-300 μm, and a closed cell ratio of 60% or higher when the expanded thermoplastic polyurethane particles are bisected, and an expanded thermoplastic polyurethane particle molded article obtained by molding the same. |
