PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radical polymerization process for preparing a vinyl fluoride block copolymer excellent in living property. SOLUTION: The radical polymerization process employs (A') at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer and (B') at least one polymer of a vinyl fluoride monomer, and includes (1') introducing at least one fraction of (A') and at least one fraction of (B') into a reactor and (2') bringing the contents of the reactor into a reaction while introducing the optional balance of (A') and the optional balance of (B') into the reactor.
