PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which can increase the effect of suppressing the deterioration in image quality.SOLUTION: A pixel circuit 11 includes: a transistor Tr whose gate terminal is connected to a row scan line, whose conduction is controlled based on a row selection signal supplied to the row scan line, and which selectively inputs a pixel signal supplied to a column data line; a holding capacitor C1 which holds the pixel signal selectively input from a column data line through the transistor Tr; a gate capacitor C2 whose one electrode is connected to the gate terminal of the transistor Tr and whose other electrode is provided with a reference voltage; and a driving unit that drives a liquid crystal LC by applying the voltage in accordance with the signal voltage of the pixel signal held by the holding capacitor C1 to the pixel electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
