PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element excellent in endurance, by suppressing the heat generated by non-radiation deactivation of triplet state excitation energy.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent element has a gas barrier layer, a first electrode, an organic functional layer including at least one luminous layer and a second electrode, in this order, on a flexible substrate. One of the first electrode and the second electrode is a transparent electrode, and the other is a reflective electrode. The luminous layer contains a fluorescent compound, and a delayed fluorescence compound functioning as an assist dopant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B |
