The present invention relates to a sign pad device capable of inputting an electronic signature. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sign pad device includes: a writing input part; a magnetic pen generating a magnetic field to surroundings, and moved by touching the writing input part; and a magnetic pen stand hole placed on the outer surface of the writing input part. The writing input part comprises: a display part displaying a writing mark of the magnetic pen; and an MCU including a communication module and a sensor module which are placed in the bottom of the display part to sense tri-axial magnetic field information depending on the movement of the magnetic pen.
