Centrifugal pump controller uses following inputs: RPM, discharge pressure, delivery pressure. Output includes error signal computed from input parameters, and is used to drive an electrically operated gate valve to automatically throttle the discharge pressure or RPM to meet each pump's unique performance curve. Device records and stores operating maintenance data of pumps. Computer stores library of configurations for different pumps, and controller can be run by the computer. |
