WORK UNIT OF TEXTILE MACHINE FOR PRODUCING TAKE-UP PACKAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thread suction device for optimizing taking up of a needle thread from a take-up package.SOLUTION: A thread suction device 21 for a textile machine for producing a take-up package 5 is provided. The thread suction device 21 is disposed on an area of a winding device 4 so that the position of the thread suction device is not varied, and comprises: a molding metal thin plate 22; and a lower molding metal thin plate 23 which is movably supported. The lower molding metal thin plate 23 can swing so as to move around a roller 34, therefore the upper molding metal thin plate 22 and lower molding metal thin plate 23 form a suction nozzle contour part capable of acting negative pressure therebetween, for taking up the needle thread on the area of the surface of the take-up package 5. The upper molding metal thin plate 22 has a guide contour part 27 facing the take-up package part 5. The guide contour part 27 is configured so that, at least a front edge part and/or front surface have a structural part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
