PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device with a shutter curtain that can improve productivity without degrading a heat shielding performance.SOLUTION: An opening and closing device comprises: guide rails disposed so as to face to each other at an opening; and an opening and closing body movably provided along the guide rails and provided with multiple slats connected along a movement direction. The slat is formed at both ends in the movement direction and has a first curl part and a second curl part, which engage with a second curl part and a first curl part of adjacent slat, respectively, a plate with bending parts that form the first curl part and the second curl part, respectively, on both ends in the movement direction, and a heat shielding material, which is disposed on one surface side of the plate and has an engaging part having the shape that corresponds to the shape of the bending part at both ends in the movement direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
