PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incineration ash treatment apparatus that can reduce pH of incineration ash without providing a complicated and large-scaled apparatus and perform detoxification treatment for suppressing the elution of heavy metals, and further improve the efficiency of the detoxification treatment, a waste incineration apparatus, an incineration ash treatment method and a waste incineration method.SOLUTION: In an incineration ash treatment apparatus 5 that makes a gas containing carbon dioxide react on contact with incineration ash generated by a fire grate type waste incinerator 1, the incineration ash treatment apparatus 5 comprises a fermentation device 14 that ferments a waste with methane to generate a digestive gas, an overheating device 15 that makes a digestive gas combustion exhaust gas generated by the combustion of the digestive gas exchange heat with steam generated by a waste heat boiler juxtaposed to the waste incinerator 1 to overheat the steam, and blow means 16 that blows the digestive gas combustion exhaust gas having exchanged heat with steam by the overheating device 15 as a gas containing carbon dioxide to incineration ash from below the rear combustion fire grate 11c of the waste incinerator 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
