A balancing equipment for uniformly heating a metal coil is provided to enable a temperature of the metal coil to be formed uniformly when heating the metal coil in the reheating furnace after loading the metal coil into a reheating furnace. A balancing equipment for uniformly heating a metal coil(C) comprises: a plurality of rollers(20) which are installed on the bottom of a reheating furnace rotatably and horizontally and disposed to be parallel to each other, of which at least one is rotated by a drive motor(50), and which have a concave groove(24) circumferentially formed on central portions thereof; vertical cylinders(40) installed to vertically lift or lower both end portions of the rollers; load cells(30) installed between the vertical cylinders and the rollers to generate electrical signals by measuring load values at end portions of the rollers; and a control part(90) controlling the rollers such that the load values at the end portions of the rollers are equalized by operating the vertical cylinders, thereby lifting and lowering the rollers up and down if there is a difference between the load values at the end portions of the rollers after receiving the electrical signals generated from the load cells.
