PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further compact ball guide path body for a game machine, capable of smoothly guiding game balls to a ball put-out device by devising a path structure for guiding game balls from a ball tank to the ball put-out device. SOLUTION: Opposite inner faces 320a and 330a on the left and right both side walls in an upper path part R2 of the guide path Ra are composed of a plurality of inner face parts 321 and 331 along the direction of the longitudinal section of a one-side casing member 300. The inner face part 321 is formed of a flat face part a, both circular face parts b and d, an opposite face part c and both tangent face parts b1 and d1 at regular intervals P. The opposite inner face part 331 is composed of a flat face part e, both circular face parts f and h, an opposite face part g and both tangent face parts f1 and h1 at regular intervals P. The opposite inner face part 321 is positionally displaced from the corresponding opposite inner face part 321 by a half of the regular interval P. In this way, the opposite both flat face parts a and g, and the opposite both flat face parts e and c are positionally displaced from each other in the direction of the cross section of the ball guide path body or in the reverse direction, so that the ball guide path body is formed in a meandering shape in the direction of the longitudinal section.
