PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for raising fruit tree seedlings reducing labor necessary for raising seedlings or transplanting as well as reducing a raising seedling field area. SOLUTION: The method for raising fruit tree seedlings includes making a single sprout cutting of a fruit-tree cutting ear 4 into each of pots 2 of a cell tray 1 charged with culture soil 3 mixed with a fixation agent: wherein the lower-side part of the cell tray 1 is embedded in a moist-retaining material 9 paved on the upper side of a heater 8 so as to raise the seedlings while regulating the temperature of the culture soil 3 with the heater 8.
