<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably decode encoded data by relatively simple processing in an information decoder. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information decoder includes a deviation detection means (220) for detecting two-dimensional position deviation between input data and reference data to be input, a correction amount generation means (230) for generating a correction amount to correct the detected deviation, a coefficient generation means (240) for generating a weight coefficient to be used for weighting when the input data are demodulated or decoded according to the level of the correction amount, and a demodulation/decoding means (250) for demodulating/decoding the input data by using the weight coefficient.
